After my own healing journey, I reached that moment of asking: "Now what?"

I had done the journaling. The shadow work. Faced the hard conversations and released so much. Yet I wasn’t sure how to fully live from this new way of being.

Meet Your Mentor

I created Her Soul in Motion because I noticed something was missing. There are so many groups out there for women in the process of healing, or for women focused only on business. But once I had done the inner work myself, I found it challenging to find a space that went deeper — a space where we could thrive together, beyond just healing, beyond just business. 

I craved a community where women like me could connect, share laughter and joy, hold space for one another’s dreams, and create real friendships along the way. Because, as they say, we become most like the people we spend our time with. So why not spend that time with women who will lift us higher, support our desires, and walk beside us with open hearts? 

That is why I created this membership. To give you the space I once longed for, and to create a circle where we can grow, dream, and thrive together. I’ll be here holding the space with you, walking alongside you, and cheering you on as you step into your next chapter.
